More than a conventional resin pattern
The “tennis ball effect”.
If e.g. tennis balls are pressed together in a container, the total surface of the ball is reduced. The situation is similar with the resin. Compacted and polluted during operation the permeability becomes worse and the reaction surface becomes smaller. As a result can also lead to channeling.
The result is that resin must be replaced before it’s really exploited.
This is different with EDM-TEC containers:
Thanks to the integrated resin loosening system, concealed surfaces are exposed, the Permeability is increased and the operating time of the resin filling is extended. Save even more with the integrated ventilation: This means that the EDM-TEC containers are fully dielectric-free throughout their entire operating life and the complete resin quantity is used up to the very top of the container.
